Sara & David

Sara and David met and fell in love in chemistry class back in their University of Michigan days. We thought this story was so charming and the perfect opportunity to play around with a little science meets pretty. Their RSVP postcard was our favorite piece to design because the couple gave us a list of items that was significant in telling their love story. The complete suite turned out to be sweet chemistry.

Lauren & Alex Part ll

After creating such a fun nautical save the date for the couple, they came back to us for some other lovely goodies. Small glass bottles were filled with a beautiful range of sea glass, the corks stamped with each table number and finished with turquoise and navy escort tags. Additionally, beautiful decorative signs were created by letterpressing into whitewashed veneer, and the table numbers were inspired from the save the date maps. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Carabelli, it was a pleasure! The top 3 featured photos are courtesy of Person + Killian Photography.

My Love, My Deer

Katy and Giff were married on a family ranch in Sandpoint, Idaho on July 31st. The ranch style wedding inspired itself perfectly to a wood invitation. Their deer and flower logo, is a nod to their engagement story, and was letterpressed into a birch veneer and then backed with a ditsy floral fabric. It was accompanied by a letterpresses RSVP postcard and welcome drinks invitation. The logo and design aesthetic were carried throughout the wedding creating a beautifully sweet sensation! All of the below pictures were taken by Sean Watson Photo.

LOVE sweet LOVE

We recently teamed up with our friends at Pinball Publishing to design and help promote these cute little Scout Books as a way to add fun to your wedding. We love that the possibilities are endless. They make an amazing wedding favor, save the date, gift for out of town guests, or even a unique invitation. You can even choose from 3 different inside papers such as blank, lined, and grid. They are a perfect format for your wedding monogram or maybe just a fun poem or quote that is special to you and your fiance that you would like to share with your guests. And best of all they are green friendly, featuring 100% recycled papers and soy inks. Doesn't get better then that! Create your custom Scout Book right here!

Jessie & Andy

Jessie and Andy got married in a backyard Oktoberfest inspired wedding this past Fall. Their custom designs incorporated the brides passion for painting, their love for wild animals and of course beer! A letterpressed beer coaster was a great way to ask people to Save the Date. The invitation was silkscreened on a large piece of ripped painters canvas. The RSVP card & return envelope were off-set printed. The elements were packaged together with a hand died cluny lace belly band. The custom wedding logo was carried out through the wedding on tote bags and etched into beer and wine glasses. The overall feeling was playful beauty! All of the below pictures were taken by photographer Henry Chan excluding the save the date, invitation, and tote bag.

Sylva and Peter Continued

Sylva and Peter tied the knot this past November and sent us some of their gorgeous photos to share taken by the talented Wolfgang Freithof Studio. Following the design of their custom wedding invitations we created table cards and programs that pulled in the same charming details such as buttons and grosgrain ribbon. Table cards are letterpressed by Gilah Press. If you are in the market for a wedding photographer, head over to Wolfgang's site to view more of his beautiful work right here.

Sylva & Peter

Photos taken by little.owl.play

When Sylva and Peter aren't doting over there beloved rescue dog Soju, they are spending their free time volunteering at shelters around the city. Their big love for animals was a fun and must-have element integrated into their custom design. The invitation set was letterpressed and packaged in a hand-made pouch with a ribbon closure that included a variety of 4 buttons. All together the mix of pattern, vintage touches, plus pretty white textures, created the perfect charming combination. A Day of Bliss Wedding Photography by Wolfgang Freithof Studio, no surprise he did a stunning job capturing the invitation perfectly. Especially love the kitty! Check out his gorgeous photos below.

Wendy & Billy

Wendy & Billy's wedding is finally almost here! For their invitation we continued on with their NYC/ Brooklyn goodness, incorporating all the elements that tell their story. Like a little hidden treasure, you can find a water tower, the Brooklyn Bridge, a pigeon and couple of bikes woven into the intricate pattern carried through out the invitation pieces. Overall, it created a beautiful clean look with a lot more than meets the eye.

A Sweet Combination

Charlotte, a native New Yorker and her fiance Justin, a Georgia boy, came to us to create their very special wedding invitations. After talking with the couple we decided what better to represent these two then the fruits of their home towns, the Apple and the Peach. The main logo was inspired from a vintage fruit wrapper, and the cloth pouches a nod to old jelly jar lids cover in fabric. The southern style seersucker is also the same fabric of the brides maid dresses. Overall, we think these beautiful invitations set the mood perfectly for an Upstate NY backyard summer wedding, while bringing in some southern charm!

And lastly, above is how it all came be, with a lot of fabric, gocco-ing, sewing, trimming and most importantly a whole lot a love :)

Wendy & Billy

Billy and Wendy are engaged to get married this fall in NYC. With the ceremony set to happen on what will soon be the new Highline, and the reception to follow in the quaint west village, these two Brooklynites came to us in a NY state of mind.  Working with the couple we decided that the pigeon was a quintessential representation of NY, and would be a great way to deliver their good news!   With the bird on the city side, the illustration in the background gives props to the brooklyn borough they love so much.

Angelique & Ricardo

Angelique contacted us last month looking to create a special mark for there August wedding. Their wedding was to take place in San Luis Obispo, California on a charming and rustic romantic olive ranch. These were important characteristics for us to reflect in their design. But, our favorite part of the logo is the owl, because it represents a special ring Ricardo once gave to Angelique. So sweet!

Jessie & Andy

Jessie and Andy are engaged to be married this fall in a backyard Oktoberfest inspired wedding.  We decided a beer coaster would be a great way to get the word out. The design was inspired by the couples love for animals, especially those found on an African Safari they went on a few years back, and of course beer!
